Wedding Details

We are going to have the ceremony at George's church in Heathfield, where we will be married by her Pastor Andy Caldwell.  Then we head to Pelham House, where we had our first date, for the reception.   Dress comfortably, and come prepared to dance!

Ceremony

12:30pm, Welcome Church, Alexandra Rd, TN21 8EQ

If you're curious about the ceremony, it's about an hour long; there will be a few songs, a couple of Bible readings and of course the important bit - the vows. George's church is a warm and informal - no hard pews! There's a band with piano, guitar, bass, drums, flute and singers (no organ). We'll just take a couple of photos at the church, the rest will be at Pelham house as there is more space there. It's about a 25 minute drive to the reception venue from the church.

These are the songs on Youtube - they won't be as slow or as long as this, but you get the idea for the tunes.
Amazing Grace (trad) | God is AbleThis is my desire

Parking: Church doesn't have a car park (its sandwiched in between houses!) but you can park along Alexandra Road, just consider the neighbours as it's a bit cramped if we all do it! We normally park along Upper station Road or Park Road (top end of Alexandra Road), or at the bottom end of Alexandra Road; Green Lane area. It's all free street parking in Heathfield! Its all about a 1 minute walk.

Pelham House
St. Andrews Lane
Lewes BN7 1UW

As Pelham House is in the town centre there's no parking available at the venue itself unless you're staying over (sorry!). There's some metered parking on surrounding streets and some car parks off the high street but we recommend parking in Lewes station car par which is a 3 minute walk. Its £6.10 for all day parking. You can use cash or the Park Indigo app.
